SHIPPING POLICY

DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMELINES

• Order Processing: All orders are packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.

• Standard Delivery: Metro cities usually receive orders within 2 to 4 business days. All other regions receive orders within 4 to 7 business days.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email notification with a live tracking link and AWB tracking number.

OPEN BOX / INSPECTION AT DELIVERY

• For high-value beauty equipment or special orders, delivery partners may offer Open Box Verification upon request.

• If you notice physical damage to the outer packaging during delivery, please inform the courier executive immediately or reject the parcel and contact our support team.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, wrong contact number, or customer unavailability after 3 attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. A re-shipping charge may apply for re-dispatch.
